Safari dinner is right on tomorrow, by which time we will have been in Christmas Island for 1 year sharp! I don’t really have much to say except - we’re pro, therefore we’re pro! Oooops, we opened that up a bit too early, so we’ve known that we will have the entree at the Grotto hosted by Matt and Nicole, the main course at Daphne and Brian’s house and the dessert at the Riley’s.
