Indonesia - The New Map! - 29/01/2008

Apparently today is the last day of our “freedom” after a six-week holiday, we are reporting back to work tomorrow. During the time, we had 2 wonderful weeks and our 2007 X’mas in Christmas Island; 1 super week playing with our animal friends from the Big Kingdom in Singapore; 2 can-not-be-described weeks travelling in China; and 1 final week in Indonesia digging up the new map. It has been so great that we have clocked up a good few days in Indonesia on our way back to Australia lazing around enjoying the nothingness that makes summer holidays so delectable… :)))

Love Will Never Do Without You! - 10/01/2008

What a wonderful world~~~ :))) Erik and I adopted an orang utan (the oldie in our Big Kingdom) at the Singapore Zoo! Never before have song lyrics so accurately described it - love will never do without you... He is the arboreal mammal who spends most part of his life playing, eating, sleeping, nesting and traveling in the trees. He feeds on fruits, leaves, seeds, bark and insects of the rainforest. Please do note the words playing (bi), eating (bi) and sleeping (bi) -_-;; so we love him so much!

Singapore - The Oldie & Mee in Autumn - 08/01/2008

The third time in Singapore this year made us a bit numb... Yes, numb! We finished our shopping in just hours on Orchard Road, decided not to go to Vivo City again and bought 2 Macbooks and an iTouch for fun in Suntec City (plus it was good to see someone from Monash in that Apple Store and the "Richard Miller"-liked grandpa in Takashimaya). For killing time, we popped in Sentosa and Singapore Zoo - bright to see the oldie and mee in Autumn!!!
